It is never hard to buy a home when paying cash — providing that you make an offer acceptable to the seller.

How hard the bargaining is depends on two things; how anxious the seller is and the seller and the buyer putting the same value on the property.

Always start low. If the seller thinks you are a serious prospect you will get a counter offer and you can start negotiating. If you don’t get a counter offer and you really want that specific property make a higher offer. If you don’t get a counter offer and there are other properties available that are just as suitable send the seller a written notice that you are withdrawing your offer, wait a day or two to see if the seller makes a counter offer and, if not, look elsewhere.

Barter implies an exchange of goods. Since the prostitute is exchanging service instead of goods, the goods you give her will be considered payment. It will not fall under what is legally construed as barter.

Yes it would since you are trading value for value. The challenge may be to agree upon what the value of each product is. For example, could the European barter partner be better off selling his product, taking the money and potentially buying your product for less. Worth checking into.

How much time are you going to spend working on your bartering accounts. You can’t pay the rent with them. You have to do dollars for dollars, so you want to avoid the trap of suddenly eating at a nice restaurant … while scrambling to pay the cell bill. Is what you do of interest to enough of a cross section of business owners to want to use these companies to procure it this way.

How you are paying has no direct value on the price you are paying for the vehicle.
The dealer gets all of their money, upfront, through you paying them or your lender paying them (financing), so it doesn’t matter to them.

Unless you are going to pay 100% cash for a car, you need to shop for financing just like you shop for a car. This means getting approved by your bank or credit union (credit unions have better rates) before stepping foot into a dealership.

Finance guys at dealerships get kickbacks by working with certain lenders, so they will offer you a rate based on what is best for them, even if it means you pay more because the interest rate is higher. A credit union will give you a rate that is best for you. Plus, you can use it as a comparable or a negotiating tool if you choose to finance through the dealer.
